itsmyclaim Ltd does not charge you (the claimant) a fee for our service. Our Fee structure is payable (where appropriate) by the recipient organisation of your claim. You therefore agree that by utilising our service we may (where appropriate) charge an annualised fee against the recipient organisation to allow us to adminster the service, maintain and update the website and database, ensure a robust electronic process and work within the necessary protections demanaded by the Data Protection Act and the Ministry of Justice Claims Management Regulation Monitoring and Compliance Unit.
13. Guide to Our Products
Our service is free to use and provides you with information on the claims process and allows you to make a claim for compensation in the areas of personal injury, product liability, employers liability, road traffic accidents and Criminal injury Compensation.
