Testimonials

After going into my local Citizens Advice Bureau following an injury to my shoulder I was introduced to itsmyclaim. The team were very helpful throughout the whole process always informing me of my rights and only an email or phone call away.

  • Did you suffer a physical or psychological injury as a result of a violent crime, or were you present when someone closely related to you was the victim of a violent crime?
  • Is this the only compensation claim in respect of this criminal injury that you have made or intend to make? You may answer “yes” even if you are also applying on behalf of a minor applicant.
  • Was the incident reported to the police or another appropriate authority?
